PostEZ enables users to:

• Connect their Facebook and Instagram accounts via Facebook Login.
• Retrieve and list Facebook Pages and linked Instagram accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts to connected pages and accounts.
• Manage posts through queue and publishing features.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Facebook and Instagram Integrations

• Our Services use Facebook Login to authenticate your account and retrieve your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts connected via Facebook Business.
• We use Meta APIs to access public profile information, list managed pages, and publish content to pages and Instagram accounts on your behalf.
• You grant us permission to act as your agent to manage and publish content based on your scheduled actions within the app.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content (images, posts, captions, hashtags) you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and publish your content according to your scheduling instructions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
